On the first day of the new month I will announce a celebrity (known in most area's of the world) and you then choose a photo of them that you like and create your portrait of them within the time frame of the month. Your choice of media is up to you. Some ideas are, graphite pencil, watercolour, mixed media, oils or acrylic paints etc. You get the idea. And size is up to you as well.
